2.1 Data processors access to personal data
We allow our partners access to personal data, hereunder it-suppliers who store and process data on our behalf. Our partners and suppliers have to abide to our instructions for storing and processing data. It is our responsibility that storing and processing take place in accordance to the data protection laws.
2.2 Distribution of personal data
We never distribute your personal data to third parties without your consent.
3.1 Storage methods
We store your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the above mentioned objectives, however, for no longer than:
– User profiles on Prop.Exchange is stored till the user prompts them deleted
– Contact information obtained for the purpose of newsletters are stored till the user prompts them deleted
– Contac information obtained from inquiries are stored for a maximum of 12 months after the completion of the inquires
4.1 Your rights
You can, with a few law-determined exceptions, always request access to your personal data. You can also ask us to correct or to limit the processing of your personal data. You can ask to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly utilized, machine readable format, if we process your data with your consent or a contract that we have entered (data portability). We will delete your data when prompted to, unless we have grounds to continue our processing. You can file a complaint to controlling authorities.
